The AISL, which is Beckwith Township and Carleton Place Soccer Club’s recreational indoor soccer programme for players 18 years of age and older, runs annually from mid/late September until the end of April/start of May. This year, the AISL will consist of 2 seasons:

• Fall season:     September/October to January/February
• Spring season: January/February to April/May

In each AISL season, teams will be scheduled to play 15 games, within the following friendly competition style:

• Round-robin and (sometimes) cross-division games to determine season champion, and
• Playoff bracket to determine playoff champion.

The AISL hosts teams in four divisions, sometimes split into competitive and recreational tiers:

• Sundays
  • Women's 30+
  • Expected kick-off times: 6:00pm – 10:00pm
• Wednesdays
  • Women's Open Age (18+)
  • Competitive and Recreational tiers
  • Weekly game primarily played on Wednesday
  • Weekly game may be held on Tuesday if there are more than 10 teams
  • Expected kick-off times: Tue. 9:00pm – 11:00pm, Wed. 6:00pm – 11:00pm
• Thursdays
  • Co-ed Open Age (18+)
  • Weekly game primarily played on Thursday
  • Weekly game may be held on Tuesday if there are more than 10 teams
  • Expected kick-off times: Tue. 9:00pm – 11:00pm, Thur. 6:30pm – 11:30pm
• Fridays
  • Men's OT 35+
  • Competitive and Recreational tiers
  • Expected kick-off times: 6:30pm – 11:30pm

All games are held in the Soccer Dome at the Beckwith Recreation Complex.
