Carleton Place Soccer Club Constitution
The Ontario Soccer Association has mandated that all soccer clubs in the province approve new constitutions by January 31, 2006. The new constitutions are to be based on a model document prepared by the association.
The membership of the Carleton Place Soccer Club approved at the 2011 Annual General Meeting a new constitution based on the OSA model that also incorporates provisions that are unique to our Club.
